Unless someone does something excessive, I simply don't bother. If the person is a total douchebag they usually get what they deserve in the long run. Karma? Possibly. It's more that I know other people aren't as forgiving as I.

In my opinion, it's not really needed that often; I do get mad, but some people are ignorant and just don't understand how people in a good society should act.
Now, if the person is going out of their way to be a scumbag, or if they're just taking things too far, that might be appropriate. In situations like this, revenge is an extremely enjoyable act, and I won't hesitate to act out and do something extreme to get them to stop being a moron.

Only if I can't let it go. Usually revenge isn't worth the bother - I just don't care about people enough to hate them that much. Seems kind of petty to me. But if it's something I can't get over then I'd probably do something about it just to make myself feel better.
