Fellowship. There was just a nicer atmosphere to it. The second 2 while still alright, were gloomy and a little dreary because the whole feeling of scenes kept repeating themselves.

I think i enjoyed the 2nd one best.

But i find much of LOTR boring. I think they failed on getting the epicness through out of the book.

Haven't read any of the books. Haven't seen any of the movies. Nothing against it. Just never had the chance to do so.

Have to say your missing out, I would say they are the best movies of the 2000s, although your going to have to plan when to watch them since they go for 4 hours each.[/quot

There isnt much to miss out. The 1st Pirates of the Carribean was more epic then the trilogy combined.. While i watching lotr it got boring, esspecially the 1st one.

Anyway I don't know why your telling me this, I already decided LotR shits over everything in the 2000s. Too me it's the most epic movies in the 2000s and none of it was the slightest bit boring to me.

RotK is the best film by a mile. I couldn't help but get all tingly during the charge of the Rohirrim. Just typing about it is making me want to watch it all again. It even counter-balances the 15 different and getting bored now endings. Shame we didn't see the Shire under Wormtongue though instead of all of the teary endings.

BTW, TT is the best book though. He wrote his best action during the siege of Helms Deep.

Anyway, I loved Two Towers, Helm's deep was amazing.

A good point, but Tolkien had written Aragorn (as well as the rest of the main cast) with so much beard that had he have arrived on time, he would have wiped out most of Sauron's army anyway.

I hated them all. I miss the Peter Jackson who made Brain Dead (Dead alive to Americans) and Meet the Feebles, bring him back!

Although if I had to choose which annoyed me the least, Two Towers. Dunno why.

EDIT: I mean seriously, for me this is so much better than the battle of Helms whatever.
