the one game I played/own/owned where I could customize character appearance was Phantasy Star Online Ep 1 and 2, and I had one character I tried to make look as close to myself as possible, although I had plenty of characters, and many that didn't. A couple of my sports games where you can create a player, I created a version of myself.
