The lack of Atlus on here disturbs me.
They have created and released the Shin Megami Tensai series, Etrian Odyssey, Growlanser, Demon's Souls and have also localized a bunch of titles such as the Super Robot Wars RPGs and many other titles alongside their RPG games.
I have yet to play a bad RPG from them.

For me, it's Bethesda, simply because they're the only ones besides the Forgotten Realms based games that have managed to make a world I believe in, enjoy spending time in, find fascinating and enchanting, and where I feel there's reason and gravity behind every thought put into it. What one may find lacking in gameplay I think is made up for in ingenuity, storytelling and a world that's as diverse and interesting and rich on lore as Tamriel.

And kudos for bringing up their other titles. Though, Atlus only localized Demon's Souls. From Software made it. 
Don't make a poll if it can't cover everything.

If you didn't notice the option of OTHER is there to clear this up. If you want a poll with around 70 options then please list every rpg company and game they have made so I can fix this (surprisingly this is not sarcasm)LeonLethality said:

While I enjoy the occasional Bioware RPG, they are still wordy as hell. Massive conversation trees and side-quests up the ass. I can only take about one a year. The biggest problem with all this is pacing gets tossed out the window.
You do realise other people are posting companies that they think should win. It seems like you are posting now just for the sake of trying to point out something the people are gladly going along with.LeonLethality said:
