The Baldur's Gate series alone trumps every other RPG I've ever played, ever.
I can still go back and play it over and over and love every second. I played the crap out of NWN, I played the crap out of Oblivion, I played the crap out of KOTOR, but take all my playtime of those three combined and it won't beat my Baldur's Gate playtime.

Bioware wins, hands down.

Definately BioWare. Their RPGs are amazing. Sure, Bethesda RPGs are fun, but when it comes to the actual RPG bit BioWare trumps them. Although, I would be hard pressed picking between which to play if it was the last game I could ever play.

Although I LOVE TES and Fallout 3, and also don't like Dragon Age very much, I'm voting for BioWare.

The sheer incredibleness of Mass Effect outweighs my dislike for Dragon Age and my loving of my late-childhood-obsession Morrowind, and Oblivion and Fallout 3.
