That's not what the main post said. It was specifically asking for Russian-themed games.Asehujiko said:You completely missed the point of this thread. This isn't about games that contain gibberish Cyrillic characters or communist caricatures but about games developed (or published in RO's case)by eastern european studios.Senaro said:Does Singularity count as Russian themed? Pretty sure most of the menus were written in the Russian language until you highlighted their options and such.
How about COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPPENDANT STATES games,WrongSprite said:Or, you know, East European. The Soviet Union doesn't exist any more, you know that right?Kevlar Eater said:I was aware that the developers of all of these titles are Ukrainian. Fine, I'll just call of the game themes above Soviet, since that's what best describes them.Astalano said:*sigh*
Glad we live in a day and age where the entire eastern hemisphere can be summed up as "Russian".

Red Orchestra for multiplayer.
Shadow of Chernobyl with the complete mod for single player.
Anyway, I'm currently the only vote for Clear Sky. I just love the faction wars aspect, rather than the strongly mission based stuff. It is very hard though, but I see that as a plus.
Yeah, it's a bit of a worry that Niko can't pronounce his own name. In the one mission where he actually says "Bellic" he pronounces it with a hard 'c' like 'ck' when it should sound like a 'ch'. Come to think of it, most of his Serbian's pretty off. Good game though.maturin said:Well, Niko's Serbo-Croatian is terrible, so we can call him Russian like his voice actor.Magnesium360 said:...And is not Russian.TriggerHappyAngel said:You need to play the best russian shooter game ever made:
GTA: IV.
It has guns and bowling![]()
