Always find it really satisfying to knife someone on CoD who is decimating my team with a sniper rifle. That and anyone who uses an M4A1 or M16. Played CoD far too much now and those guns just make me instantly annoyed hehe. Also, on a different but similar note, it's also very satisfying to beat someone on Fifa who has consistently beaten you. You feel a sense of actual improvement which is nice.

One of my favourite ways to kill someone: when they're taunting/teabagging.
If they just killed an ally and use an in-game taunt or start teabagging them, there is no better time to stab them in the back of the head.
One time I did this and started teabagging the teabagger I'd just killed, only to have an enemy kill me and start teabagging me, and then an ally kill him and start teabagging him. It was pretty hilarious.

Half Life 2 Death match: Gravity gun + Random object = best multiplayer ever. There is nothing more satisfying than hitting your enemy with an explosive barrel from half way across the map. Or nailing someone in the face with a cinder block, toilet, or my precious precious radiator. Or what I am notorious for, flinging grenades with the grav gun and just completely owning people with it. Half Life 2 Death match when your playing with grav guns only brings about the most satisfying and entertaining kills ever. The ragdoll physics make it even better.
Back in the day, Halo:CE (Back when I still enjoyed the Halo franchise) the most satisfying kill I have ever gotten was on Sidewinder. I was on one of the ledges near the middle of map, near where it pulls a U turn. My most satisfying kill was firing three shots with my sniper rifle and picking off the driver, passenger and gunner in a warthog going full speed towards blue base.

Once when I just started bioshock I got the telekinesis plasmid and thought I could pick people up the first time i tried that I accidentaly took the mask off of a thuggish splicer and instantaneously shot her in the face with it killing her

Anything involving a shotgun and a guy that is 3 feet away from me...and I'm the guy with the shotgun...and I kill the other guy.
Sneaking behind lone snipers then getting free headshots off them. Or throwing a Big Daddy's corpse at a splicer, or sneaking up behind people and then start going suicidal grunt on them while following them.
Killing T-baggers is very satisfying, however I am also partial to Spartan lasering someone across the map. It takes skill and a certain amount of luck but you can almost see the huge question mark hover over their heads wondering where the **** did that come from.
I love shutting people up. And cutting some one off mid sentence with a sinper round to the teeth is a great way of doing so.
I was playing TF2 the other day and a sniper was firing one of my team's entry points to CP A. Me as a pyro about 30 yards 2 shots him with a shotgun, he did not know anything until he died. Unfortunately a scout, the bane of my existence bonked me.
But getting a 5 burn streak in one of the maps was satisfying. 2 normal kills, 1 assist, and 2 post death kills was awesome when it was on the battlements of their base. 1 medic, 1 soldier, 1 sniper, and 2 heavies.

Some noob with an overshield, active camo, and both rocket launchers decides to attempt a flag capture. I keep my calm and kill him with my trusty pistol. I decided the kill was satisfying enough for teabagging.
Suddenly, the noob says: "YOU MUST NO TBAGGING"
To which I reply: "YOU MUST BETTER ENGLISH SPEAKING"
I was promptly banned from the server, but I have never been as satisfied with myself.
