"The Grudge" was pretty creepy mind you, me and my friend smoked salvia throughout the whole thing so it might not be that scary.

Well, I am legend scared me, but I don;t terribly like horror movies.

I Wanna Be the Guy. It's scary. Difficult.

But seriously, me and my friends shat our pants at F.E.A.R., Manhunt, and Dead Space.

My wife absolutely hates scary movies, so I haven't had too many chances in my adult life. My favorite movies now are the ones that scared me the worst when I was a kid. I've lost my nerve twice and ran out of the room. The first was Aliens, when the guy looked at the motion detector and declared that they were so close they should be in the room. I felt they were in my room. I was out of there.

The second was the original Terminator. I kept it together through the whole movie and was proud that I was going to make it through. I thought the terminator was dead, but then the damn thing came out of the fire as a fucking robot! I had never seen a terminator before that...combine it with the fact I was only six...I ran and ran and ran!

I thought Paranormal Activity was legitimately scary. Great use of atmosphere and suspense over simple gore.

No video game or Movie has really scared me since I watched Alien. Growing up, everything scared me, Fucking Winnie the Pooh scared me. It wasn't until i was 15 and worked up the nerve to watch Alien that I finally got over it. It kinda sucks now. I was beginning to enjoy the adrenalin rush of being scared. Now, Nothing. I miss it. It sucks.

What games or movies scare you? Could you guys recommend A Truly Scary Movie or game for me to try. PS3,360 and PC games only please. Thanks guys.
I'm pregnant, its your baby and I want child support as well as you involvement in raising the child.

seriously, that was uncalled for.

I hope that's sarcasm, the grudge was more scarer than I am legend scared me, the film did more as a documentary other than a horror, while I at it there were humorous points in the plot as well.

so really the joke (insult) is on you.

The first JAWS movie, the only one worth a shit that is, that movie scared me so bad as a kid that I wouldn't even piss without checking the water for fins first!

true, i really prefer all that psychological stuff over gore and "suddenly a creepy full screen face and a scream" scary moments.

Actually, playing Oblivion in a dungeon can be pretty creepy. It keeps me on edge till I exit the darn place. I highly recommend it, and the fewer light increasers you use, the creepier.

QFT, but I've been told the Japanese versions are better.

OT: The last thing that scared me was the Banshee in the movie "Darby O'Gill and the Little People" (shut up, I was 7 at the time!)

Paranormal Activity when watched alone in a dark room at night. Session 9 is also good at building up a freaky suspense.

If not those then Thief 3. Shalebridge Cradle. That is all.

No, taking potent hallucinogenic drugs and watching horror movies is a good idea. I am sorry, my simple peasant mind simply cannot comprehend this, as it has these flawed ideas about a bad trip possibly giving you PTSD, Paranoia, and Schizophrenia. You have opened my eyes, however, and I will now go take 6 LSD hits and play Silent Hill 2.
