Definitely the bottom bunk, closer to the floor and no ceiling to hit your head on. Also you can put up a sheet and have your own little clubhouse. xP

OP, your topic is very misleading. I came in here expecting what about half the people posted about. Good thing I read the OP.

Anyways, I prefer the bottom bunk. While the top is cooler, it's a pain getting up and down all the time, especially if you wake up in the middle of the night and have to go to the bathroom. I just don't want to have to climb a ladder.

May I just say, nice title.

I'm a bottom bunk man. I prefer to sleep a little more closed in, and being on a top bunk I am always irrationally worried that I'll roll too far over and the whole thing will fall down.

Also, I don't like the thought of having to climb in and out of bed with a ladder, I prefer just being able to roll out and in when I'm half asleep and need to go to the bathroom.

Hate the top bunk. I always feel like it's going to fall through under the weight of my fat ass and I'm going to crush whoever is below me.
Plus the bottom bunk is generally easier to get in and out of.
