Realistically the best you can hope from this is that you can keep the charade running for long enough to nail her.

As soon as she realises you aren't Nick, bam, it's over - So I say try and get something out of it, if you succeed...damn, that's the biggest steal ever and you are then gifted the chance to say "Oh, I'm not Nick by the way" and watch the expression.

Your manpoints would go off the chart, my friend. Balls of freakin' granite.

In all honesty, son, this is an internet forum. I'm not going to judge you because you seek advice, but remember this: People on the internet tend to feed on misery and trust me if you keep lying to her 'misery' is the right word here.
They want to see you and her suffer. Come clean or be sure to regret it later.

your pick man. if you wanna be a bastard, keep pretending to be nick. if you wanna come clean, tell her you got the wrong guy and i didn't want you to be embarassed. plus, i really like you. -and by that, i mean those words almost exactly. if you wanna get out of her life, and let her keep her dignity, and not be embarassed, don't call her. put the number into a time capsule, staple a little note about the story, open it five-ten years later, laugh about it, maybe call the number for the hell of it.

i would pick no. 2 if i were you; it has the best possible outcome.

yes, i love chess and strategy games.

I can't even begin to describe how astonished I am at the complete lack of morals here. Bah, this is what I get for using the internet.

No, it just makes you human. Curiosity and all that, etc etc...

"Feelings? Y'know who has a lot o' feelings? Blokes wot bludgeon their wives to death wiv a golf trophy. Professionals have standards."

Funny quotes aside, The Sniper from TF2 probably isn't the best person to model your moral code after.

Call her, but don't tell her the truth. But do keep us all posted on how this works out. I think we're all interested.
In the same way that we'd be interested in a flaming car wreck, yes. More of a 'morbid fascination' than 'interest,' I'd say.
I agree.

no, it makes you human. on second thought, what's the difference.

Come clean. Like, right now. I'm honestly quite surprised you went along with it in the first place. But then again I don't know you.

Listen. No matter what, trying to keep going or just ignoring that it happened all together is a bad idea. If you keep it going, unless you are spec-freaking-tacular at acting it'll fall apart, really quickly and I doubt the "lulz" will be worth it, as uncommon as it is for me to disagree with Max.

Then again, if you just ignore that it happened all together, what if she bumps into you again? What will you do? Just lie to the poor girl? I certainly hope not.

Um... tell her you were really nervous and went along with it and you're sorry, but you're not Nick?

Go for it man, it'll be an awesome story for your grandkids.
Lying to someone for the sake of an "awesome story" seems kind of immoral to me, but maybe I'm just old-fashioned like that.

Edit: Then again, if she's really that hot...
There has been worse crimes in the world.

And its not like he is the first person to do it..
"There have been worse crimes" doesn't make it right. Maybe we should consider that this hot lady has feelings, and toying with her emotions is not the nicest thing.
Fairs enough but I reckon its somthing they will both laugh about in 5 years.

"Ohh man, remember that guy I though was Nick.. We spend three nights together untill I remembered that Nick has a tattoo on his arm. Man collage was crazy!"

Live a little?

Well I say go with it as long as you can, its not like she will like you if you come clean with "BTW I was lying to you the whole time! Still wana go out?" Just keep going as long as you can and post an update of what comes out of it.

Come clean and admit that the surprise caught you offguard so you went with it but don't want to lie to her. It becomes her move as it should be. Lying just makes it worse way later.

This all seems really unlikely, but I'm gonna assume you are telling the truth. Come clean, but know that she is gonna be really pissed, so don't tell her your real name unless you want your balls ripped off and shoved down your throat.

If you pretend to be Nick, be sure to keep us updated. I'll be sure to base a book off of it when I become an internationally-acclaimed writer.

I wouldn't pretend though, that's just asking for trouble.

No one gives a fucking shit about morals, my friend. It's not just the internet, it's the world. Moralfags in real life have no morals, they do it to look good. If he asked one of his friends, they'd say to go along with it. A lot of people would.
OT: Go with it, and keep a blog or something about the whole thing. If you get to the point that you marry her, and then tell her your not Nick, oh god, that'd be a huge fucking win on your part.
I think he should wait until one of them is on their deathbed, finally when he reveals it the last thing he says is "BUUURNED!" before dying.
