Aren't features and content the same thing?

I put them separate. Example of Feature:In game messaging Example of Content:A movie rental download.

Both of those are on the PS3, though, and lag on the PSN is next to non existant thank to dedicated servers. I can't think of one thing that truly seperates the two besides price.
