It's 3?/$4, what do you have to lose?

I did it on my 27 inch iMac screen, 3 feet from my face, in the dark, full volume, alone in my house. I refuse to play that game now.brunothepig said:If you like horror, or simply want to see one of the best examples of pacing and atmosphere in any game ever, then yes, absolutely. By the way, play it in the dark, sound up. You will hate yourself for doing this, but it's worth it.
God speed my friend.Raggedstar said:Might be stalking this thread. One of my friends is a huge fan of Amnesia and has been begging me to play it. I've read and watched some stuff and while I've never played a horror game, it's a nice game to look at as an example of what a horror game SHOULD be.
Mind you, pants are expensive these days.
EDIT: Did I mention the scariest gaming experience I had was with a semi-educational dinosaur game with shitty 80s 3D effects (that is to say no 3D at all) when I was 5? Ya, me playing Amnesia is going to be fun.
Whats the actual gameplay like?AndyFromMonday said:It's really fucking scary. It's not for the feint of heart.
Pretty much that. You may also need to buy some new underwear after you finish it...orangeban said:It depends, do you enjoy weeping in a corner, curled into the fetal position? Because that's what this game does to you, and it does it bloody well.
