I now a lot of people who did......they are happy about it....though there might be some issues with dlc and such...though Bioware tech-support has been helpfull in most cases.
The PC version rocks! Can't speak for the 360 version but from what I've heard there's a huge difference in experience to be found.

Definitely get the Ultimate Edition coming out. I know I would if I didn't have everything DA related already.
