Your Microsoft Points confuse me. Thankfully, I shop in stores with actual dollar amounts...like us grown-ups use...(/initiate flame war)

All kidding aside, I would want this DLC as cheap as possible, mainly because it doesn't seem like the kind of thing I want. The only thing I saw that was intriguing was the trophy system...but I doubt they'll take it to it's awesomest hyperbole and allow me to make a Jurassic Park style lobby with dragon bones.

I'm sorry about it. But I'm not a PC gamer outside of KOTOR because of laptop being sucky, so I stick with XBOX.

Still, bought some MS Points today, so when Hearthfire comes out, I'll be ready and waiting.

I saw 400 MSP listed somewhere. Don't know if that's legit or not. I'll buy it either way, building a house and fending off rats is what I really wanted to do right from the onset.

Well, I've got my MS points ready. Gonna pass the time with ME3 Leviathan.

And yeah, Bethesda's saying 400 points. considering I read somewhere that 1600= about $10, that means it's about $2.50

Looking forward to building my own home, and now to move my thousands of swords/shields/jewels/skulls and my vast collection of embalming tools to my new pad!

Where did you hear that? Because wherever that is I'm buying all my MS points there from now on. Last time I checked 1600 MS points was $20.

I really don't see this being worth more than 400 and charging any more than that is bullshit. I'll probably pass on it for now, but might consider buying it at another time.

I'm not sure about this. Seems very "meh"
And I'm gonna quote my friend
"so they basically merged Skyrim with Sims 3"

Seems pretty "meh". Im hoping that they are going to release a big DLC like shivering isles next as thats what I will be buying. This just doesn't look that interesting to me, maybe i'll pick it up on PC when it comes out but im more likely to just stick with the house mods I already have since they seem to be better than this.

Assuming it doesn't add anything else and the houses are as "meh" as they looked in the trailer.

I love Skyrim so I'll probably buy this but as a pissed off PS3 owner who still has yet to hear about Dawnguard, I expect Hearthfire and Dawnguard to cost 5$ or less when it comes out on my console in 6 years.

It looks...ok. As long as there is a decent variety in plots of land available to build on and you aren't bound to only a few locations in the middle of nowhere, or close to another house you already own.

And a bard in your house? I couldn't think of anything more irritating to have reside somewhere you would spend any length of time in.

I can think of something more annoying- the fan from the Arena quest in Oblivion... is your GREETER.

Actually... I wouldn't need to worry about an invasion, he'd piss them off enough to go home.

In case you still don't know, there are three plots to choose from: one near Dawnstar,Mortal, and Falkreath. You can get all three if you want, but I wouldn't do that.

So, is it coincidence that the houses can be built in the same areas as the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuaries? I think not.

Morthal... haven't been there in a while.

Who here thinks that this will legitimately add anything of substance to the game?
