Either Kajhit or Argonian. Might do a dark elf later on cause they look kick ass.

I'm going to go Khajiit first. Initially, I was going to go dunmer but seeing the new khajiit/orc/argonian models... c'mon THEY"RE FUCKING AWESOME. I'm going to specialize in stealth but have sword & shield combat ability as well. Fuck bows.

I'm gonna make a Redguard archer my first time. I'm gonna try to make him look really piratey since Redguards are a strong seafaring people. Though archery and pirates don't really go together...

Hmm...

I'm gonna do it anyway!

Play through the main story and some of the side-quests as a two-handed axe-wielding Nord to fit the story and to have the role-playing aspect, then make another, more interesting character for the guilds/side-quests/etc.

Argonians obviously, they can breathe underwater and they're awesome lizard people. What's not to like?

Male Argonian. Loved them in Oblivion, love the screenshots of em from Skyrim.

Here's to hoping they can still breathe underwater. That actually came in handy on several occasions in Oblivion.
Agreed on that. so useful when I was caught in one of the first thieves guild quests to just run into the water and watch the guard leave me alone.

OT: Argonian, obviously. Sentient raptors that walk like a man, whats not to love.

Argonian. I'm always the stealthy archer/assassin type character and I feel that Argonian as a race fits it perfectly, I noticed in Oblivion that a lot of people have somewhat racist feelings against them too which only served to make my roof-hopping shadow-shooting lizard badassery all the more awesome. I don't give a fuuuuuck about racials.

Breton

My Oblivion character was a Breton and he kicked ass, so I'm going to carry on as such.

I like their balance between magic and melee, it suits the way I play.

Redguard for my first "hit everything with a big sword until it dies" playthrough then Khajit for my stealth playthrough

Argonian.

When I was younger with Morrowind, I would pretend that my argonian was a dinosaur romping around Vvardenfel. Just picture a velociraptor shaking hands with Amelexia.

Now, with that terrifying stare, its been taken to a whole new level.

Argonian, just because they look so BA

Even though their racials might be garabage \o/

It's kinda early to decide that. I'll probably end up trying just about every race and gender, but when I do choose up ending a race/gender it'll probably be after I've tested the game a bit and found out about stats and gear in Skyrim.

In Oblivion I ended up playing a male orc because they have a good balance of beginner stats and Madness Armor doesn't look good on female characters.

Bosmer Assassin / Ranger. Focused on Stealth and the use of a Bow. Never made another class that worked as well - plus the Fems are hawt ^^
