Weren't there three Slys? And avoid the fourth Jak on PS2. It wasn't made by the group that made the original trilogy and thus it sucks.
yes there are 3 in total but i could only find 2 and 3 on sale .. so i never played part 1 and by jak 4 you mean jak X ... with racing ... i thought it looked weird.
Nah. Although it did add to the story, albeit, weirdly. I meant The Lost Frontier. It came out last year and was developed by a different company.

Was suposed to be a nope poll, but i managed to missclick, so it isnt there.
You can edit that in. Edit your opening post - you can change thread's title and poll from there.

OT: Yes, heard of both - though i've played neither.

Sly Cooper was badass.

It was platforming, but with stealth.

And not just stealth, GOOD STEALTH.

Also, that cane.

Wow nostalgia.
Ahhh, sweet sweet nostalgia.

The later ones were alright but not condemingly bad.

Sucker Punch has added "Sly 4" easter eggs in Infamous game.
So, we can always hope. And pray...And if not, we can always grab out torches and pitchforks.
A "Sly 4" easter egg? I noticed the little logo of Sly's face on Cole's back pack and the trophy "You're so Sly" for collecting all the Dead Drops in the Historic District. but I wouldn't call them hint of Sly 4 (Unless I missed something else too.) InFamous also used alot of Sly skill set to get around like spire jump and rail sliding which I loved.
There are several posters, and movie screens around with the words: "Sly 4, comming soon", and the usual Sly Cooper logo of course.

Ive heard of crash and i know a bit about them but never got real interested in them.
On the other hand I LOVED all of the Sly Cooper series. The game never took itself too seriously and it remembered to be FUN, which a lot of action games at the time had forgotten.
I would buy an ps3 if just to play sly 4

They need to get going on making 4 and they need to make it for the PS2. The Sly series has always relied on its art direction rather than raw graphical power to give you great visuals (in the way that Okami relies on art direction over raw graphics). As such, sly 4 would not need to tap into the processing power of the PS3, the PS2 would do fine.
Valkyria Chronicles and Eternal Sonata both show that cel shading can benefit massively from the extra graphical power of modern systems.

Heard them both, love them both. Though I do like Sly a lot more then crash, but who doesn't?!

Come on, the Sly games are just plain damn fun.
