Poll: Smoking habit, do you have a lucky?

So, every time a get a pack of cigarettes what I do is take the first one out and turn it upside down and only smoke it if I had a good day or if I need some luck. I only know two people who do the same and I'm wondering if this is common thing people have heard of.

So do any of the other smokers here on the escapist do this?

But this thread is about if you have a lucky smoke or not, not wether you smoke or don't smoke. I just put that option up as a formallity.

just quited (14 days now) but no, i did how ever try to get the pack open (remove the plastic then the paper inside) as fast as possible, take one out, put the pack back in my pocket and put the one in the chest pocket in my blazer.

well i guess thats kinda of a lucky smoke, but i usually smoked it 30 seconds later.

god i love smoking, who cares about the cancer, if only i could afford to keep it up.

EDIT: I don't smoke, but I always flick my pen around my fingers before I write something. Does that count?
Also, I shout abuse at my alarm every morning. Doesn't seem to affect luck though.

Im 5ft 9, Length of leg doesnt come into it. Its all about skill.

I think i have done my Knee driving with Sky, Razer & Cpt_Obv in the car before. Hilarious times.

I do it. Though I sometimes use the upside down cig as a reminder for something I wanted to do, and then I can smoke it once I have completed said task.

I'm not making that much money, so once the rent and other boring obligatory stuff has been taking care of, over half of whats left went to cigarettes, and with my other unhealthy addiction to games i often went to bed hungry (seriously, i have tried many months where i could only eat 20 of the days) and smoking really is fantastic, i dont mind giving up 10 years as an old man thinking about why i never got married or at least got some kids if i can be "smoking happy" for 50 of them.

no, i just went down to the car and i can at best get the top of my knees to barely touch the wheel while still pretending to drive (im not about to drive around on the icy roads in the middle of the night trying to figure out how to steer with my knees) you must either lift your feet from the ground or have freakishly long legs.
