No, lost interest in the game when IF went and ruined it.

And the E3 gameplay demo looked so good !_!
That... yet, I'm kinda surprised that I'm surprised that they ruined it for PC (guess it really isn't much different on consoles)... Seemed pretty obvious to me that World at War was more focused on consoles, and now... well... hard to miss it now...

Okay...god for you?

Why isn't this in gaming adn just what are we supposed to discuss? Your post is also very low content which is reportable.
Thank you nanny, can I stay up past my bedtime tonight?

I am not.

We currently have a big debate here in Germany if violent video games have any negative effect on children, especially now after a school shooting. MW2 with its airport level will certainly not help.
And even without this discussion, I really don't see what this airport level is about except cheap sensationalism. It is certainly not well made enough to support the claim from IW "to show the horrors of terrorism".

Besides that, compared to MW1 the new one is shorter and lacks features. And the gameplay is still just a shooting gallery where you have to walk from gallery to gallery with some explosions on the way.
No, I am not excited.
You sure seem to know a lot about a game that isn't out yet... the only thing confirmed is the PC dedicated server thing (which I'm not a PC gamer, but I understand the community's frustration), but as far as gameplay, you really can't make an informed judgment until you play the actual game. From the stories and info released, there seems to be several new features, especially in multiplayer.

As far as the "airport" scene, I can understand the harsh reaction to it, but where do you get off thinking its "not well made enough"? It makes sense, you see this horrible thing go down, and you want to take the guy responsible and rip his nuts off. Movies and TV shows have used shock value as a emotional motivator for years, and I think that is a dynamic idea. Also, if you don't like it, they made it skippable, so you don't have to go through it.

Lastly, I'm sick and damned tired of the "violent video games made me do it" bull crap. There are people on this planet that are insane and are going to go off, plain and simple. A US Amry Major shot over 20 people in the name of Islam, so should Islam be banned. Hell no, b/c he was an insane and violent nutcase. Many of these people are already insane, and pushed to the limits by some other factor, usually be being made fun of, and instead of being mature, learning not let words have power over them, the go kill them instead... Video games may give some ideas on how to do their evil deeds, but so do movies, tv shows, books, comics, ect... should we ban all violent content?

Not very excited. I was, until they revealed that they don't care about the PC as a gaming platform.

Now I'm just going to pirate it, beat it, delete it, and forget it. Maybe get it for the 360 after the price drops.

Not interested in the slightest. I just hope that IW surprise us all by making the PC version the best, and the 360 and PS3 versions completely shit. That'll hopefully make that person i mentioned in a previous post give me my money instead of keeping the game he bought using my money.

I don't really feel like buying it, but all of my friends are, and I'm not being left out of the circle when they talk about it all day, so I'm getting it.

With all I've heard, I'm not too bothered. All I care about now is killing teh civilianz!

T minus 1 day 12hours. WHY MUST TIME GO SO SLOW!
Because I am God and can slow time down to the speed of a slug crawling up a hill while carrying heavy shopping!

OT: Meh. I want to buy it eventually, but need my money for more important stuff like petrol.

Free dictionary in every box!

OT: eh, I'm not really bothered, £55 is quite a stretch for a game I'm only moderately interested in.

Not at all. I'm not even interested. (Damn it, forgot how to make lines over words... My words, not JRCB)

Can't wait for Bad Company 2, though.
Same here, more excited for BC2. Mostly because = Dedicated Servers, Swedish developer, those trailers grows every time you watch them and hopefully I will have a computer that fucking works in March.

But then again, no reason to lie, I'm extremly psyched over MW2.

sadly there isn't a "somewhat excited" option, because thats how I feel, i feel somewhat excited, the reason for this whole thing is that the Call of duty 4 online never really gripped me I never felt like I could play this for thirty days straight like some people, but infinity ward to a brilliant job with campaign and that is why I have pre ordered it and am buying it, some people will ignore the campaign and go to the online straight away but not me, I will play the short campaign finish it, get dragged on the online by my friends and let out a hearty "meh" to it, hopefully my opinion will completely change and I will find myself immersed in the online, but until I have played it, its still gonna be a meh

The game has lost much of its appeal since IW started to announce that they didn't give two shits about the PC port. I still think parts of it looks great, and I'm still going to get it, but I'll wait a month and see if they finally understand that dedicated servers > p2p.

No, the price hike is stupid to say the least not to mention the multiplayer fiascoes. Besides, AC2 is coming out in a couple of weeks, it looks bite-my-cock-off amazing and will last a lot longer and at a cheaper price.

I am looking excited for it. I think I will like it. Seeing as I could care less about multiplayer and I like story driven games I think it will be good. After that I am getting Assassins Creed 2 the week after.
