I was talking to a friend about Bioshock being an inferior System Shock 2 with a pretty art-deco paintjob, and the friend told me about how my opinions on the game were identical to those Yahtzee expressed in the Bioshock review. So I sought out the review and it turns out he was correct. To this day that review represents for me a high point in Yahtzee's reviewing accuracy which he hasn't surpassed.
It's thanks to that review that I found out about System Shock 2 since I thought Bioshock was the shit for being original.
Yeah Bioshock is a great game but it's about as original as [insert something really unorigial that is just a complete ripoff of something else here]. System Shock 2 is so good that it's great it wasn't popular as the majority of gamers don't even deserve to play it, they're not worthy.

I heard of him from here, why is that not an option?
Yes, I was wondering that myself. Seems like the most logical answer.

I came here for Urealms. Stayed for Zero Puncu- that's a lie. I'm staying for the forums and Apocalypse Lane. I just saw ZP on here one day.
Sorry I wasn't thinking straight about options, but thats why I put the other option for.

The Least I Could Do forums.

Because someone needed a good review of a game. And Yahtzee has a pretty good grasp in what I like about a game

Heard about it from a Sessler's Soapbox on X-Play, thought I'd check it out. Came for the ZP, stayed for the Escapist, even though I stalked the boards a while before actually signing up.
I started watching Sessler's Soapbox it's very good and I was stalking the escapist for 2 years before I decided to join.

An former friend told me.
Is yahtzee the reason that person is a "former" friend now?

I can't remember how I found it, but I know it was in 2007. Pretty early, though not the very first reviews.

A friend told me about Yatzhee. I proceeded to tell multiple other friends about Zero Punctuation.
That, except replace friend with [ex] boyfriend. It was the Assassin's Creed review I first watched, but it was at the time of the Mailbag Showdown being released.

I miss the music Yahtzee used to have. :(

I've been wanting to get my hands on it, but I don't have any money and I would feel bad about downloading it and I heard its hard to set it up on a current PC.

You mean the random music he used for the intro?

*nod* Yes. I always liked how the songs connected with the game being reviewed and thought it was always really clever and quirky. ^^

Caught him on Youtube right after he released his "big boat of money" video. It's been a long time. It's weird to think he's been making video reviews for almost 3 years now.

Yeah I liked the way Yatzhee used the Fly me to the Moon song by Frank Sinatra as the intro for Mario Galaxy.

On a Gamefaq's board about the Witcher someone posted his review for it. I watched it and thought it was hilarious and then watched all the rest of his previous reviews.. and I've been watching weekly every since.

You could get it ridiculously cheap these days. It was never a big seller even in its day. I got my copy for $5 from some budget bin. Runs fine on XP with no issues at all, not sure about newer operating systems.

I found out about ZP via Wikipedia, of all places. I was looking at the article on inFamous and one of the external links led to Zero Punctuation. After watching the video, I looked at The Escapist as a whole, and I was sold.

It's actually quite easy, you do have to download a patch but it's not like "omgwhatsgoingon?"
But when you do get it running, be warned it's much harder than most games today. And security cameras work much differently in SS2
