well i AM a atheist. so that will be a one way ticket to hell for me
What this guy said. We atheist are pretty much all screwed if we end up being wrong about this.
Not necessarily. If I die and find out that amazingly the Christian faith was right all along I'd look God right in the eye and tell him I don't think he exists. The way I see it he respects people who stick to their guns no matter how much evidence is thrown at them.

Depends on who judges it. The god described in the bible will send me to hell in a second but a more caring god would probably let me into heaven. I don't actually know which I'd prefer. In heaven you get anything you want...within reason but in hell it's just a free for all which also has its benefits.

Well, I already had a feeling i'd be in hell for being an Atheist and whatnot. Incidentally, i plan on throwing a party when I'm down there: Be down by the big pool of lava and will run for...about all eternity.

For my sake I really hope they don't or that the guy up there is willing to send me back to earth to try again. I think that deep down I'm rather evil. Also if it's the bible and god described in the bible then I'd go to hell voluntarily.

Depends who you ask, how many Christians said "heaven" but completely forgot the OTHER 30,000 or so denominations that would completely object to your perceived entitlement? How many Christians here thought they'd be going to heaven simply because they followed the Christian faith, neglecting the fact that it's just as likely that Allah, Vishnu or Zeus could decide what happens to you postmortem?

I believe neither heaven nor hell, but to be honest you're playing against infinity here, nobody knows because there's an infinite amount of possible deities that haven't even been thought up yet. What if your fate was decided by Cthulu, Yog-Sothoth of Gandalf?

Seriously, you have no idea and the sooner you face up to that fact the sooner you can stop being so damn judgmental.

According to Rowan Atkinson, I'd be in trouble.

I'm hoping to go to heaven. There's a few people I'd like to see again. 'Course I'll have to spend some time in purgatory.

Hypotheticaly?

Hell. Because i have said out loud, and to many people, that God- In any form- Has never and never will exist. Due to most religous storys, that is a instant passage to hell.

Other than that, i get to go to hell for thoughts of lust, or something like that. (Hey, im a teenager, gimmie a break!)

I've never done anything particularly bad, and I often try and be the better man.

However, I also don't read millennia-old books on morals and apply them to my modern life, so I'm definitely going to hell. Plus, for a lot of sins, it's not the doing that counts but the thinking and, my, have I thought of doing sinful activities often.

I think most people are far too impressed with their own sins.

Unless we're going with the traditional fundamentalist hell in which case about four people on the planet are going to heaven.

Assuming that I can seduce St. Peter at the pearly gates with my natural boyish charm, Heaven.

But most likely Purgatory, just to fuck with me.
