hiya folks! very simple question (look at title)
I've been tempted into gaming again by the new gta but it soon turned into just gaming in general (getting a pc that can run my dark souls, xcom eu and relative graphics games)
I was deciding whether or not to prepare for the next gen and given that the prices are pretty high (ie. I'd rather spend about 300-400$ on something as opposed to a grand) The steam OS which apparently makes the most of your hardware is pretty neat sounding. And that controller is looking to be golden (I've got about a month to wait how things shape up with it as I'm currently waiting for the new xcom expansion)
Otherwise I've got a laptop to do all my boring real life stuff and am looking to get a tower pc that's strictly for gaming (in my case I'd just have to buy a monitor for desktop gaming as I have all the other stuff (audio, mouse, keyboard, etc.) hooked up.
But I suppose with all that said, who is looking into buying a pc strictly for gaming as they would your conventional gaming consoles? (xbox,ps,wii, etc.)
Otherwise just some discussions on game plans (buying hardware) would be nice as i could use some more idea's regarding it.
