You have been on this website long enough to know that making a thread like this is more or less asking to get in trouble. In retrospect I wouldn't want to blow up any moon/star/planet.

Sat[i/]urn[/i]. Sorry about that, anyway, we shot the moon with a rocket?! When was this?

Ah! I found this: http://mashable.com/2009/10/08/nasa-exploding-moon-rocket/.

Excellent, hmmm, well I don't think they'll find anything. They should really be focusing on finding out what colour Mars is.

We did?

Why?
In an attempt to find water and ice in it.
Really when? how interesting, what were the results?

We didn't shoot a rocket at the moon as much as a space probe we sent to the moon basically intentionally rammed into the surface of the moon to stir up dust and water for collection.

And we're not trying to blow up the moon or anything else. Regardless of what Rush Limbaugh thinks (that nutjob is scrapping the barrel for stuff to talk about).

Oh, and, as for the poll, Pluto. It abandoned the rest of us planets to be a dual moon [sup]bastard[/sup]

Please take your time on the threads and I dont give a shit whats next although if we hit mars with a drill probe it would be cool to travel downwards into the inside with a camera......

Finding the colour of Mars? How about they work on something useful like colonising it first?

Jupier is next, logically. Not becuase it has the most moons, (STOP READING HERE IF YOU HATE SCIENCE) but because NASA wants to find water on the moon. Water means possiblilites of alien micro-biological organisms. Europa, Wiki it if you don't know about that moon, has a core of ice. NASA has even bigger plans for that one, they want to shoot Europa and drill a hole in it to find more alien cell life.
*SCIENCE ENDS HERE*
But if any is recovered, it could be some alien infection similar to the chimera virus in Resistance. So, the end of the world will be blamed on NASA.

Err excuse me? And what if we thought it was orange and brought some nice cream paint for the outside of the colony-house, AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE LILAC! Colonisation failed. Go back home.

Anyway, colonisation ain't gonna happen for a long time, least not until we can find some way of blocking cosmic rays. (They kill people, but luckily, our Earth's magnetosphere deflects them).

So..it's not dusty brown and made to look red by NASA's Jet propulsion Laboratory so as to conform to our expectations of Mars?

I don't really understand why NASA decided to hit the moon.

I seen this article on some random site that it was saying they were hitting the moon with a 2.2 ton rocket. But why?!
