Stand out. I'm close to two meters tall and a metalhead with hair down to my waist, so you'll notice me in a crowd.
I'm quite the narcissist, so I really love the attention. Ironic part is that I also have social phobia, so at the same time I don't want to be noticed. Feels weird, man.

I usually blend in, whether it's online or in the real world. Only times I stand out is when I talk because I have a loud speaking voice naturally so I try not to talk much.

With groups of friends I talk loads of course but there is no 'standing out' really with friends. You are all just kind of on the same level.

I'm really shy and quiet and unassuming irl but if someone does or says something I think is wrong I will tell them. Loudly.

It has resulted in some... strained friendships to say the least. I think people expect me to act a certain way but I don't and it upsets them?

My mum says the rhyme 'There was a little girl with a little curl right in the middle of her forehead when she was good she was very very good but when she was bad she was horrid.' fits me very well.

My friends like that he says it's because he doesn't like being noticed that he will go out of his way to stand out so he is sort of going YEAH SO WHAT in peoples faces before they can judge him. But visually if that makes sense.

I don't stand out in a crowd one bit, I meld like a chameleon trying not to be noticed. However when it comes to the things I say I don't hide what I think about subjects regardless of what others think of them. I don't follow the flow because this or that is popular/unpopular, but I don't bring up these subjects. I guess I'm neither?

I knocked out a guy because he called my (14 year old) sister a slut. Similarly, I've walked out of classes when teachers were being racist or sexist or just plain assholes to kids purely on principle. So my answer is stand out almost definitely. The only place I like to blend in is in multiplayer games because then people don't talk to me and it's great.

How appropriate.

In a social situation, I usually don't have much to say, and lurk, listening.
Being with one person results in long silences, I got used to them.

When I'm put in a team, on the other hand, I'm the one gathering all the ideas of what we could do, organising the votes on what we should do, and then delegating the tasks.
If we're at a long table I'll sit at the end with hands clasped scheme-ishly.

EDIT: Like a BOSS.

Most of the time, I like to "blend in" on the surface, whilst being subversive underneath. I'm the spanner in the works, the anthrax in the mail, the arsonist in the Reichstag.

Well i like to be ABLE to blend into ordinary life but there are plenty of occasions where i screw what normal people would do to do my own thing, for example I wear suits on nights out because suits are awesome, but in most of my life ill just stroll around looking completely ordinary..

Actually if I'm honest i like to be so normal and ordinary that i just blend in naturally so peeps don't notice me.

It depends. In a big group of strangers, I prefer to blend in and survey the scene. In a small group of friends, I definitely stand out.

I tend to blend in when I can, but sometimes I just give a damn and stand out a little. Really depends on my mood.
