Poll: Star Wars Battlefront 3

I don't know if you guys have seen the video of Crytek UK's (used to be Free Radical Design) resources and content for Battlefront 3, but it looks amazing. I don't know why LucasArts is being such a dick about it, but I want to try a Poll, then maybe a petition to try and convince them that YES, WE WANT IT AND WILL PAY FOR IT!!!!

I dont play Star Wars games anymore, the ones that I've played have proven to be piles of fail.

I would at least look at the trailer or try it at a friend's house, but never buy it.

SW:BF2 is a pretty good game I'll admit. But I have two copies that don't work so a Battlefront 3 would be nice.

The vid does look legit. And it looks intersting too.

I would buy it. The Force Unleashed was an unabashed failure that focused on graphics over gameplay innovation (hint: no health bar, no Force meter, but I digress). If BF3 can succeed in making full-scale ground-air-space battles physically possible in a giant multiplayer arena, then I would buy it post-haste.

I have only played snippets from the first SWBF, but I loved it and this looks pretty awesome. Is that a Jedi fighting with his bare hands? Awesome!

All we need now is Wookies in space. lol

Seeing as you can apparently play as an Ewok, I reckon that playing as a Wookie wouldn't be too far-fetched.

SWBF2 was one of the best games that I've ever played. It ranks up with Mass Effect and Halo. If it was for 360 I'd buy it without hesitation.

The first two games were probably like 4 and 5 on my top ten games ever list. Did anyone else play Lord of the Rings : Conquest? It was based on SWB, but it sucked, and somehow managed to be frustrating and easy at the same time. So, I hope whatever developer that would make it would play that game and avoid every possible thing about it.

Battlefront 2 was the only game I ever played online on my PS2 (not like that's an accomplishment with the PS2's tiny library of online games and awkward online service, but I digress). I've logged so many hours in that online mode, and more recently, offline quick skirmishes. It was, in my opinion, one of the best Star Wars games to ever see the light of day, and this is coming from an unrepentant fan of The Force Unleashed.

If Battlefront 3 is ever released with online capabilities, it'll probably be the only game I play for the following few years. No exaggeration.

While I certainly enjoyed the first two Battlefronts, I don't think I would purchase the third game if only because I have moved away from almost all of my friends and have no one to play the multi-player with, which, let's be honest, is the reason you buy these games in the first place.
