God, it's been way too long since I had steak. I just got back from my vacation, so I need to go out to grab some supplies anyway - might as well pick up some steak while I'm at it. My first lunch of the new decade is going to be awesome. ^^

By the way, like the majority of folks in this thread (to this point) I like my steak medium rare.

Also, my opinion on steak sauce: screw steak sauce, if the steak's any good you don't need any.

That's...actually a difficult question to ask.

Me? I'd prefer my steak raw, but still heated up of course. However...I'd rather not get sick, so I usually go with Medium Rare, and preferably cooked on a charcoal grill with a tiny bit of sage in the coals.
