Poll: Steak

For some reason I can never eat steak unless it has a sweet sauce with it...It's a weird obsession. But, anyway, medium rare, all the way!!

Medium rare is revolting - I put well done, but on the good side of well done. I.e. closer to the bloodiness then a lump of charcoal.

Steak's are terrible though, because no one ANYWHERE will cook them the same as another person. I've asked for a well done before and it's come out more like a medium rare.

i love steak and in general the bloodier the better
the only exception, that i've come across, is if it is cooked on a barbeque i.e. a grill with coal under. in this case u gain more flavour by having it medium or medium rare.

Usually have mine rare, with home cooked chunky chip, onion rings, peas, grilled tomato and a tonne of peppercorn sauce... Ahhh culinary bliss.

Medium Well. Cooked all the way through and spiced from here to Tijuana! That way it stays hot while I savor the sweat forming on my brow and eat it at my own damn pace.

I like steak whatever, i could happily bite a cow if it was clean! But i would say medium rare, its nice in the middle. I do like well done too, dry meat with salt and/or lots of sauce tastes great!

That's...actually a difficult question to ask.

Me? I'd prefer my steak raw, but still heated up of course. However...I'd rather not get sick, so I usually go with Medium Rare, and preferably cooked on a charcoal grill with a tiny bit of sage in the coals.

Raw? Do you like parasites?
