well i have both a wii and a 360, and i prefer the 360 over the wii now my friend just hates the 360s (keeps on going on about how it sucks) can someone please tell me what the *fun in bed* his problem is

Should have a third option telling the computer fanboys to shut up. Their system is far more expensive and requires upgrades and checking specs for new games while consoles are straight out of the box and into the game. Oh and as personal preference I enjoy lying down with a controller and a widescreen T.V out of comfort, it is less damaging on your hands/eyes.
I know that computers can offer the whole lying down experience but as a matter of convenience, consoles any day.

I own a PS3 and a PC I will freely admit that back in the Psone and Ps2 days I was a fanboy for Sony but I have moved past that part of my life in to a region where I couldn't give a monkeys. The reality is that Fanboyism isn't based on which console is actually the best or most capable, it's based purely on the fact that people will never admit to spend quite a bit of money on what could be the wrong choice.
A decade ago when ut was a toss up as to who would still be making consoles the argument was legitimate. After all no one wants to admit paying x hundred pounds on a console that could be gone and dead in a few months time; lynx, game gear, n gage, cd 32, etc etc all consoles that went tits up.
The thing is Sony isn't going to abandon the PS3 despite it costing them money and MS isn't going to abandon the 360 despite the fact that they are still paying off the 5 billion back hole that was the first Xbox. Get a grip folks your console ain't going anywhere you bought the one you wanted for the reason you chose why do you feel the need to force feed your justification for buying that console to everyone else?

Bad poll. Of course everyone made the right choice. They bought the one they wanted more. Nobody drops a couple hundred bucks on a video game system without doing a little research and making sure they have the one they wanted. I love my 360, if there was ever anything the PS3 could offer me, that the 360 couldn't, I'd save up and get that too. Currently, it doesn't, but that might change.
That being said, I've never bought a system. I won a 360 in a raffle and my mother bought herself a Wii. I got my DS at garage sale for like 20$. So maybe my opinion doesn't count.

I'm pleased with the decision I made. It has all the features I'm looking for and the games I like. I can't think of a way to sweeten the deal.

I used to be completely happy with my 360, and I'm still glad I have it, but the future's starting to look dangerous. The PS3 is getting a lot new, better games, especially hardcore ones, and if Home ever is completed it could be amazing. Meanwhile, Microsoft is leaving all the hardcore content to third-party developers and making these damn avatar/Mii things, which I hate. I was so relieved when I heard you don't have to use them, and this "new xbox experience" that's coming out better be good.
The main problem is that I think big companies like Microsoft are going to look at the casual/non-gamer crowd as the new untapped source of cash, so they're going to start playing to them. E3 showed this standpoint pretty well, and I hope they realize they need to balance this with the hardcore gamers that already call the 360 home, or else there will be problems.
