i had plastic surgey done for free :p it was dental, it should have cost money but they were nice to me and just said it for a "medical" reason =D but it wasn't... but seriously i was being bullied for it. i was afraid to open my mouth in public but now i'm not =D. when i was young i tripped and landed face first in the concrete and chipped my first adult tooth... as i grew older i had problems with it that could only be fixed by a dentist but it was not physically hurting me... so there you go. plastic surgery does help ^^

Edit: also when i was younger, i had a grass seed stuck in my eye, good knows how it got there and u wil not believe how big those buggers are... neway, my eye was red and swollen cause it got in the back of my eye... i was taken to the hospital... one option was to drown it out... cor' blimey that hurt and if that did not work it would be eye surgery... thank goodness it came out the first time... but i still had to wear an eye-patch for 2 weeks >_<, ended up looking like a pirate

I would say no but I don't want to jinx it. Probably too late for that though. Watch, I'll be in the hospital before you know it.

Open heart surgery (born with a hole in my heart, fixed around 2.5yrs old), four wisdom teeth and one molar surgically removed, and twice had the same toenail removed (not gonna regrow my fuckin ass, Dr Ineptitude). Don't do anything dangerous enough to merit surgery, and I have a habit of attacking doctors, so I generally avoid hospitals.
Lmao, my doctor said that mine wouldn't regrow the first time I had it done......My ass. It was back in around 3 months, and that's why I had to get it done...again.

So far I've had four wisdom teeth and two moles (one on my right arm, one in the center of my back) removed.

So nothing too bad.

Lolz, try having 5 teeth at once.
Really? Try 8. But I guess after so many it really stops mattering much.

I've had a couple of surgeries.

I had to have stiches on my lip when I was a baby, have the scars to prove it.

Apparantly I crashed into a moving bicycle when I was a baby, there was blood everywhere, and I needed surgery. I don't remember though....

Also apparantly I fell on my head when I was a baby....

Damn, I was accident prone when I was a little tike weren't I?

Anyway, a year or two ago I had surgery for my chest. There was a deep "ditch" for lack of a better word in my chest called a Pectus [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pectus_excavatum] and if it goes deep enough it could hinder your heart and breathing. It's pretty common, and mine wasn't as deep as some more serious cases got but I still had it for cosmetical reasons (alot of people stare at me at water parks and the guys in P.E. class were teasing me about it, just decided to get rid of it).

But I had a steel bar implanted underneath my chest and it's going to stay there for the next 3 or so years until they take it out.

Let me tell you, staying the hospital sucked. ass.

I had to stay 3 days after my intended release because they wouldn't release me until I "released" some stuff. I couldn't go to sleep, I was always awake, I was either boiling hot or freezing cold, I couldn't laugh because it hurt a hell of a lot (I'm a laughy guy), I was bored as hell, I could barely sit up straight, and I
had a tube forcefully shoved up my ass so it would help me "release"
.

And that wasn't the end of it, oh no! Apparantly, my steel bar was poking through my side and it stung so much that they had to preform another minor surgery to take the prodding part out. luckily I didn't have to stay at the hostpital that time.

I hate the hostpital, I can only imagine what it's going to be like when I get the bar taken out of me, or if I get in a conditoin even worse that that! My sympathy goes out to anyone who's had to go to the hostpital.

Nothing serious... All four wisdom teeth at once, and once when I was little (believe it or not) didn't have the best motor skills and tripped and fell up the stairs... 7 stitches in the forehead.

I've had 7 or 8 operations. most of them on my mouth & jaw as I was born with a cleft lip & palette. I may be having one more next year which will involve breaking my jaw in 5 places.
(funnily enough the Oral surgeon uses knuckle-dusters rather than conventional dental tools).

also had an ingrown toenail removed. that doesnt really count as surgery IMO though, just a procedure. still, not pleasant. the worst part is getting the injections right in your toe joints for the anesthetic.
and how come people only seem to step on your toes when they're injured?
