Poll: The Best System of all time is...

I loved my old ps1. Survival horror: Resident Evil, of course! Oh, and the original Silent Hill. Adventure/platforming/puzzle: Heart of Darkness, and there is TONS more I never even heard of. But Q-bert is on this list so it damn well counts for something. Also, Frogger. Fps/ 3rd ps: Duke Nukem has graced the ps1 with a couple of enjoyable games. Also too many to name here. Rpg: Final fantasy and a couple of small unknown gems, such as Legend of Dragoon.

I actually got quite the use out of my psp and ps2, and I am saving up for a ps3, so voting that is probably best. But I still love my Genesis equally dammit!

As for the story I really can't think of a fighter that has a good one. I play SC because i like the game play since its the old thingy being easy to learn and get going hard to master, which makes it more appealing than Tekken and can be played with most of my mates.

It does not change the fact that the whole game is anime style in both character design and story but i dont want to go off top about hating or loving anime but will renew my question of any fighter with a good story line cose i would like to play it

NES and SNES. So many classics on those systems and so much historical importance. You can't argue with the system that saved the industry and started so many fundamental franchises, nor the system with some of the best graphics (artistically speaking) and indisputably great music in the history of gaming. And the SNES has Super Metroid for sciences sake, not to mention the other great games on the system.

The PC's a good second, though. Most diverse platform ever.

My favorite system right now is the 360, and if you wanted the greatest single console ever I'd vote for the SNES...

But the way it's set up now I had to vote for PS1-PS3. No other grouping in the list will give you as many great games in as many different categories as that one.

How about better games? Badumtss.... Megaman was Great, but that was the only one I saw. What about GOD OF WAR! What about KINGDOM HEARTS 2... although that was an anime... damn!
