Which way do you prefer to play your favorite FPSs? I like mouse and keyboard as of right now, but I have yet to play the Conduit on the Wii, so that may change.

Dual analog. It's simple use the left to either go forward or backward and use the right to point yourself in a direction.

Dual Analog, it's so bloody simple to figure out a certain game got it right. I struggle with all other modes to be honest.
Yes even the mighty Vrex can be humble.

Keyboard and mouse. Just provides the best aiming systems.
And the mouse is precise and fast, the console FPS's I've played just seem clunkier in comparison.

agreed. also cant they just meld the health counter and regenerative health together? i mean, i would prefer a slowly regenerating % then just some red glow or a gear

also the Wiimote if improperly calibrated is a ***** to use to aim with

Well this won't end well....

Personally I prefer to use dual analogue sticks, I don't really like sitting at a desk while I'm playing games, I find it to be less immersive.

Keyboard and Mouse all the way.

I would, however like to see 2 teams of progamers take each other on across multiple genres using one controller type per team and then switching.

The last FPS I played on a PC was Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I'm much more comfortable weilding dual analogs nowadays.

Mouse and Keyboard: the Ultimate Team.

How about Dual analogs. Other for picking your nose. Other for scraching your head.
(yeh, I know. Stolen joke)

Best way to control, Mouse and keyboard.

More comfortable/simple, lying down slumped into your sofa with a gamepad.
You can be more at ease with a controller, but you wont be able to control better than someone with a keyboard/mouse.

If you just had a right stick or a mouse, a mouse is going to be far superior at aiming.

DS touchpad is better than a controller, you can freelook more fluidly when you control the speed in each movement made.

Key board and mouse. With controllers you always hear about terriable controls and sensativity issues.
You cant beat the speed, accuracy or the sheer number of control options available to you with M&K

I think the best possible way to control an FPS would be analog stick for movement with a mouse for aiming. Since we don't have that yet I'll go with mouse + keyboard.

Bleh, I'd say Dual Analog. The mouse and keyboard is good for accuracy, but when you're in the middle of an intense firefights it seems like there's a million buttons on the keyboard and finding the right one to call for help or switch weapon is a real pain.

Dual Analog is also more relaxed and comfortable, and I think more fair as well in online play.

I have never been able to be as accurate with a mouse as I am with dul analogs. If the issue is speed, most games let you fiddle with the sensitivity to some degree.
