Poll: The Half Life Orange Box. Is it worth getting?

It depends what you're getting it for. I felt that Half-Life 2 was an unbearably slow game with too few enemy types, a fairly unimpressive location and a story that felt drab in comparison to the original. This is coming from someone who absolutely loved the original Half-Life. If you enjoy the game then get it for either Xbox or PC, whichever one you have. Portal is worth the price alone and it works perfectly on any format. Team Fortress 2 is easily best on PC. Literally nobody plays it on Xbox although quite alot of people play it on PS3 and I'm holding out for Valves relationship with Sony to result in the PS3 version getting all the updates that the PC game has got.
Just to be clear, you should get if for the pc if possible. Because more people play TF2 on there. But yeah....GET ITHotFezz8 said:

Since played through half life 2 and all it's episodes 2-3 times, all of which is some of the most fun I've had in a video game. Aggregate game time atleast 30-40 hours.
Played through all of portal twice, one of the funniest and most entertaining games I've played in a long time, around 10 hours gametime.
Then the giant, team fortress 2, possibly my favorite multiplayer game ever (counterstrike and possibly battlefield being the only other real contenders) that I still want to play after 150+ hours of game play.
I don't know what kind of deals are being offered on the orange box now, but it was almost certainly the best 50$ I've ever spent on gaming.

Source Engine is famous for its ridiculously long lasting art style. They look only a couple years old on the right rig.HotFezz8 said:

Oh and if you mean for the PC: If you don't well have to shoot you. if for consoles: hell yes.
Of course it is worth getting, even if you don't care much for Valve it is a whole bunch of games on one disc for the price of one.
Possibly the greatest value for money ever! If not, then download portal at the very least! An essential buy for anyone that has ever enjoyed an fps!
