You are all sheep. Obama has been tracking everyone through iPhone's in order to hack PSN, steal everybody's credit information and steal money as an underhanded method of tax grabbing.

Bullshit all you want. I see right through you Mr. President.
You forgot the most important part: Obama is Anonymous.

[sub]Yes, all of them.[/sub]
You just wrinkled my brain, man...

So, in short, ignoring them was only validating them and their claims.
If their claims are the President not being born in the country and somehow sneaking this all the way to the top for... whatever reason, then let them have their claims. It only makes them look like fools.

Obama is really the white house, and the white house is really Obama. So no matter who wins the 2012 election, Obama wins.

Now I hear what you're saying and it's important, but I think we should all concentrate on this... "Button" topic.

A certificate of live birth is sufficient proof for the government to allow you to vote and get a driver's license and all that good stuff.

The only reason he didn't come forward with it until now is it made the Birthers look like the idiots they are.

On a similar subject, has anyone seen Trump's press conference about this? The most face-palmingly hilarious thing I've ever seen,

The sad thing is the Birthers are going to latch onto the part that says African for his father instead of Negro like a actual birth certificate from the time.

So, the White House has provided an official birth certificate. Now a lot of stupid people are going to have a few extra weekends free.

What should they latch on to next?

Well to be honest the existance of a birth certificate is kind of a non-factor, and always had been. That had been verified a long time ago if I remember. The actual issue, even if misunderstood by a lot of anti-obamaites was whether he should have gotten a birth certificate to begin with. The contreversy coming down to whether he was born in the US, or on his way to the US and never actually entered American soil to become a so called "anchor baby", but was given a Birth certificate anyway.

From when I was following it, the key elements of the issue largely revolve around people claiming they remembered Obama being born on a plane, and acting as eye witnesses that he never should have had any records made up for him to begin with.

In other words there was a real birth certificate, but he never should have received one. Meaning that a lot of people were argueing that the document should be destroyed as it was not valid and his citizenship should be revoked because he never had it.

I'm no Obama fan, but this largely came down to such a tight window that I really feel it didn't much matter at this point even if it could be reliably proven. The biggest issue I feel is that if it was proven, it would establish a well known precedent for intent to trump actually being born here, and lead to all kinds of problems with immigration, when we already have people trying to come into the US in droves and drop babies so they can stay. That's a whole seperate issue though.

I have been far more concerned by the less-publicized issue that he renounced citizenship to attend school overseas. Largely because that's a simple pass/fail thing where if Obama can be proven to have attended, and that is a school/national policy, then I feel he definatly shouldn't be President. Very few people seem to want to make an official inquiry into that one.

That said, before Obamaites jump down my throat, I'm not going to be debating this at the moment. I've been through this before, and nobody is going to be "converted" on a message board.

I don't think Obama is likely to have any more "conspiricies" generated about him, but I do think his term as president is going to be under some pretty heavy fire.

Obama came in with a scant 7% lead to begin with, and he's slotted off a lot of people. Right now his big advantages are that he's an incumbant, and that the opposition really doesn't have any paticularly good cantidates to put up against him. Even if I'm not an Obama fan, I might very well wind up voting for him on a "lesser of two evils" principle, depending on whom the Republicans run. Both Palin and The Donald would have to do some serious work to get me to vote for them. I'd be more likely to vote for Palin, as I agree with her on a lot of things (I'm not exactly anti-Tea party) but where I disagree it's no small matter. The Donald is pretty much a sideshow in my opinion, this is a guy who has been in scandals about strutting around in his wife's shoes and such in the past. I suppose he might be able to convince me, but despite being a decent businessman I personally believe there needs to be some dignity in the president's office. As someone who believes Bill Clinton should have been impeached for his conduct, and was a disgrace to the country, I can't really support Donald easily. Banging interns, or possible crossdressing (or partial crossdressing), either way it's not the kind of image I want to be associated with the leader of my country. Simply put I don't want a male president whose wandering around the oval office in stiletto heels.

People who spread these theories are typically stupid, so they'll probably connect him to 9/11 somehow and say it was the beginning of a plot to take over the world.

Yeah well you can't prove that Hawaii is really part of the US! Its a lie, he's a crook kick him out ahhhgagghhaghghaggha.

I don't know why everybody thinks he pulled one over on us. I'm sure that somebody checked this thing out. It's not like they let any schmuck run for president without checking a few things first.
