I was about to click Stephen Fry, but then I realized that both he and I, as sensible people, believe the notion of God to be utter nonsense, so I'll have to let this poll go, lest I end up staining his name with religion.
He is pretty good with the whole narration thing and those fallout intros certainly take on a different meaning if you imagine that it's the voice of god.
I sounds like whoever you want it to sound like. Somehow I doubt if an all-powerful being has a voice in the usual sense and more just uses whatever your notion of what his voice should sound like to speak to you.
I laughed heartily at the Dogma reference.
In my own mind (if there is a god) I never pictured them speaking with words... more so forming an understanding of what they're communicating in my head. Putting thoughts into my mind essentially, no speaking involved.
I like Dogma's idea that Gods voice is so awesome and powerful that you can't hear it (alive) you just explode instead therefore God gets Alan Rickman to talk for her.
I'd go for Morgan Freeman (assuming I'm dead and there is a God etc etc)
