If by "little kids" you mean Immature Brats then yes. I was kind of split between stupid teammates and "little kids".
I hate kids in my games, When I was that age I don't recall me or my friends being as stupid as kids are now. They just sit there yelling obscenities, TKing, Slurring they live to be griefers and ruin it for the rest of us. I demand a strict ID based control of title releases and sales folk who take the time to tell the parents what generally goes on.

There should be an age limit on people using mics. This would eliminate the awful, horrible voices of the pre-pubescent wretches.
Campers, once they start, they never stop. Unless you get a lucky shot, or you're just that good.

oh, a thread that's hating on Modern Warfare 2, how refreshing. If you just hate mw2, then say it in the thread title, or at least change some of the options to less of a blatant attack on CoD.
Answering your question, I would say people that team kill an obscene amount. A couple of times may be ok if your just messing around, but Im not the sort of person who likes to play a team based game where my own team are shooting everyone. Battlefield was particularly guilty of this, not sure of the new 1 as I havent played it but yer.
EDIT- I'll agree with you about the quick snipers though, they are pissing annoying! I have to have less fun just because this guy's spent way too much of his life using a sniper in innappropriate places. I sometimes wonder if its actually people doing it or some sort of machine...

If you play on X-box live long enough your find all of this and MORE! You?re not the only one who hates these things, I too have seen these, but there are some that I want to add.(some have been said before, but I agree with) .a Soviet Pie said:

It's one thing to be a sniper, because setting up is difficult, and if you aren't constantly on the move, anyone who gets close enough to you and you're not aware of them can mean death since they're ready and you aren't.
Camping, however, takes the fun out of gaming, because I personally am a run and gunner, and having the same guy sit in a spot where he's completely safe to the point that you can't kill him isn't fun. It's one thing to get the drop on someone while running and they can't fire quick enough. But at least they have the chance to drop to their knees, flip around and actually have a shot a kill, even a quicky finish him kill. But campers don't give you that luxury. The WORST are the ones who camp by spawn points...

I think the cheapest tactic is marathon, lightweight, and commando with an SMG. Just for fun I set this up and instantly I was #1 in every match. Sometimes instead of commando I'll use sit rep or ninja but generally it doesn't matter. Run, gun, stab.
I really don't see the argument against thermal scopes. Cold blooded is an amazing perk. Also, just because your targets are highlighted, it's still not easy to hit moving targets plus unless you're using stopping power it takes 2 body shots for a kill and sniper rifles have decent kick. Also, you'd be vulnerable to other thermals.
I love to snipe, but it's not super easy to get a lot of kills. Also while you're aiming down your scope you're very vulnerable to people simply walking up and stabbing you. If you have a problem with thermal snipers and think it's super easy, try it yourself and see how well you do.

Any time anyone says something along the lines of "watch this" or "Look what I can do." At that point, the best course of action is to back away and leave them to their fate.

OT: I think campers get a bad rap, especially if they're playing a class that's supposed to stay put (Like TF2's Engineer and Sniper).
I voted Stupid Teammates, because a bad/stupid/uncooperative team is the most hellish thing you will encounter in an online game. Campers can be overwhelmed, and the same goes for glitchers. But a bad team will cause you to lose again and again.
