Both are fine. But neither of them match up with John Henry Eden!

Mr New Vegas gets my vote, but purely on vindictive grounds. Three Dog always used to piss me off because I'd go into Paradise Falls to wipe out the slavers and free the slaves, and from that point on Three Dog would broadcast that I'd been working with the slavers and should be avoided! Over the course of many play-throughs this has led to a deep-seated hatred of the sanctamonious little gob-shite.

You listen to the PIP Boy radio in New Vegas, with all of it's 3 songs, wow. Three Dog though. Wayy better, and you can kill him if you want to.

You can kill Mr. New Vegas!...........With the Schwartz!!!

lol jks, the spotlight may be turned on him later in a future DLC for all we know..... wouldn't be the first time this has happened in games affiliated with beth-soft - leave unused content in the game until the last minute when you release the last DLC after like 12 fucking months.

3 Dog was so annoying.

Mr. New Vegas for the win! He's so chill, and calming to listen to when I'm walking.

Three Dog was amazing. But that may be because I've listened to him so often, I've become used to his quirks.
He always seemed to accept the wasteland's problems, instead of whining about them. "Bringin' you the truth, no matter how bad it hurts", and so on. I didn't get that with Mr. New Vegas, probably because he was just an AI. He seemed too neutral and detached. Great for delivering news, terrible for listening to at length.

lets face it new vegas radio is a load of crap .. it plays like 3 songs for the entire game on each station and more then once the song repeats ...

mr.vegas was very boring to me i used to love Henry Eden and 6 divided by 2 dog (cookie for reference) talk about the old days when states had baseball teams and sun light and how i single handily saved the DC wastes. now its Johny guitar and some old dude boring me to sleep ... iam glad i have it on PC i installed the awesome Existence 2.0 radio signal with the awesome robot and the industrial horror ambiance to add to the gameplay.

If I had to choose, then Three Dog. I prefer the violin music station (Fallout 3) and Black mountain radio (Fallout: New Vegas) over both of them through.
This person is correct.

Considering New vegas' heavy western post apocolyptic style setting I think the gentlemanly and easy going Mr New vegas was needed.

However my personal prefference to the two is easily Three dog. Three dog just brings an extra sense of enjoyment to the setting both on radio and when you meet him. He has a more interesting personality (at least IMO) which really makes me miss him when Im playing new vegas

If I had the chance to meet Mr. NV then I may have liked him more, but seeing that he is merely an AI installed by Mr. House, I don't think he will be offended if I vote for Three Dog on this one. Although RNV had more Frank Sinatra songs :3

All in all, Three Dog. While there are a couple of good songs on Radio New Vegas, there just wasn't enough filler between them.

TD gave us all the little minor pieces like public service announcements along with more news than we could handle (albeit still often going through the same few pieces every 10-20 minutes). Mr NV on the other hand always had only 1 song of the short list he's able to play and then a little quip and the same one or two pieces of news almost all the time.

I thought of an idea that could be easily viable in the Fallout games, either as DLC or just a player mod. Downloadable radio stations with more lists of music. I found the radio highly lacking in New Vegas and I think an update would be nice.
On that note and as a sub-addition to the suggestion, F3's DLC was severely lacking in radio signal. Ok, admitted, you wouldn't really get any good stations on Mothership Zeta or in the VR sim of Anchorage, but they could have put a new station in each of the other new areas, even if it didn't play music (for example in The Pitt, having just a radio that gives out news and commands) or just didn't have a DJ to give news and such, just play new songs. Doing something like this in the next DLCs for NV would vastly improve any interest coming from some players (myself included).

I find Mr. new vegas a bit... creepy.

While Three-dog! Always was kind of comforting listening to.
