Mr New Vegas sounds like the elderly Johnny Cash. His music selection may be more meagre, but I prefer him as a DJ. Three Dog's voice over a passage of time went from 'relatively cool guy', to 'most terrible sound'.

Mr. New Vegas. Three Dog is grating after a while. Mr. New Vegas is easier to tune out after you've heard him say the same things 100 times.

Though Three Dog has a better selection of music to choose from. Unfortunately because they decided to break the stations up into 2 in New Vegas, the song selection seems rather meager.
