One day I became extremely paranoid and couldn't stop crying for some reason. I also slept very little beforehand.

I get panic attacks when under massive stress. The last time it happened I just left my friends in my apartment and fled out with a 'crazed' look. Ran to the subway station and sat there freaking out, trying to calm down and figure out what to do. Probably took me a good hour to snap out of it enough to try to find another friend of mine and calm down a bit.

There aren't things that happen "one after another". It's just life. I realized that recently. It all depends on how you look at things. Like if you feel like you miss the train by just a couple of minutes every time you take it. It's probably because you don't realize all the times you've gotten it just at the last second.
Hugs mate! *tight virtual hug*
Thanks, been feeling crappy lately... *hugs back*

Still, I kinda know that the whole affair isn't one thing after another, 'cos no-one can/could be blamed for it. But, I'm muscling on...

I've never gone temporarily insane. Ever.

I've just gone insane once, and stayed that way.

WHARRGARBL!!! Sorry.

I dunno if it could be called going insane, but when i was in the midst of a depression a few years back my i had a mental breakdown and just laid in my bed mumbling to myself all day.

Antoher time i got extremely angry due to a fight with some family members, tons of mental stress, some unfortunate mistakes and my own temper.

Something snapped, i threw over a chair and just went out of the house and started walking. I walked for 11 hours before coming to my senses and went home to bed.

Having actually experienced short term psychosis / psychotic breaks (violence, delirium, parnoia, delusions and hallucinations) a couple times during my life, I can tell you those are literally the *WORST* memories I have out of EVERYTHING.

Romanticizing "insanity" is something anyone who's ever actually experienced it will never do.

That said, being grim and literal aside, it can be fun to get loopy and cut loose :)
