I'm thinking genetically enhanced (and obedient) human soldiers, supported by hordes of robots. Humans leading squads of robots allows for low AI but high tactical ability. And just to make sure my humans (and robots are completely loyal, there will be semtex implanted in there necks, that can be triggered by my thoughts.
