I may be evil but that doesn't mean I have to be barbaric, and maintaining power is much easier when the people are contented and feel safe. I might even write up a charter of rights and freedoms but put in a paragraph saying I can restrict them as much as I goddamn want to. Like we have in Canada.

I think I'll take the Rita Repulsa route. I will have 3-5 generals but will have giant monsters do a majority of my fighting for everybody. I'll make sure my monsters are able to change their hight more than once though. We all know the Megazord can take down monsters it's own size but how about a monster 1-5 heads taller than it? I want my monsters to look like Devastator while their Megazord looks like Bumblebee
