Lulz. Bioshock was good, but I expected it to achieve the greatness of System Shock 2, but it dumbed it down SO MUCH.Indigo_Dingo post=9.68665.636642 said:Shatnershaman would, and has.Not a Spy post=9.68665.636479 said:Uhhh this poll seems kind of pointless. I like the combat system in White Knight, it's so innovative.Indigo_Dingo post=9.68665.636693 said:I myself haven't seen enough on White Knight Chronicles to put it above inFAMOUS (I'm still not sure which is the corret one, inFamous or inFAMOUS). Its still damn high, though.Aries_Split post=9.68665.636666 said:Lulz. inFamous looks fucking awesome. The world seems so dynamic and flexible.
I'm holding out for White Knight Chronicles myself;

Actually now you mention it I was working on a project like that before I left second life. Kinda like internet 4.0 I guess.Ivoryagent post=9.68665.636174 said:Kind of like Third Life, a game inside of Second Life.
Very, very similar to System Shock series. But not a STRAIGHT port. They made it far more FPS in its mechanics.Indigo_Dingo post=9.68665.636437 said:...was, from what I hear, a straight port of another game.Copter400 post=9.68665.636409 said:Oh for the love of Christ...
BIOSHOCK.
Yes but when it gets to the point and number that final fantasy is at now, you really need to think about starting a new franchise.The final fantasty games aren't even linked to each other in any way though, so calling them sequels isn't really accurate.seroiusly, square, call the next final fantasy something else, also EA cant afford to make new games? they can only afford to make the same sports games and sims over and over?Spore is the most original game to come out of there in at least 5 yearsReaperman Wompa said:there's only so much you can do and most game companies can't afford to try new concepts so they have to make games that will allow them to continue selling games, so we can't realistically expect every game to try something new.
That is such a sad statement. I am not going to deny that it is the way things are but it is still sad. It is like the they are saying the majority is to stupid to appreciate a new idea. I can't say with any certainty that the majority can or can't but they should be given a chance to try.tobyornottoby post=9.68665.637210 said:I voted NONot a Spy post=9.68665.636479 said:Uhhh this poll seems kind of pointless. If you want innovation in movies, go see an art house, not an hollywood
If you want innovation in music, go listen some dunnowhatsitcalled, don't tune in to mtv
If you want innovation in games, go play something indy, don't buy a next-gen console title
Popular stuff doesn't need creativity...

I believe this has more to do with 'where do you want to spend time on'?squid5580 post=9.68665.637425 said:That is such a sad statement.
