im sorry i know this is off topic but im new to escapist and i really want to know how the hell you make those boxes of what the person said when you quote someone
I use Internet Explorer, though there was a short period of time I was forced to use chrome as IE would not load the Escapist for some reason.
I use Firefox because I've grown dependent on several extensions. If Safari had a news ticker or FireFTP or a slideshow button, I'd use it, but it doesn't, so I don't.
I prefere Firefox, its the one I use most, its all about the plug-ins, and i have loads of them going which makes browsing so much faster. I use Opera when not using Firefox and really like that aswell, never bothered switching full time. I use Chrome the odd time but have never used it for any extended period of time. I havent got 2.0 yet, been meaning to upgrade, i love all the experiments stuff, that stuff is just too cool for school.
Chrome, because it doesn't clutter up my screen. It's sleek and unobtrusive, but all the options are there should you care to look.
I used to use the blue 'e' and I loved it, but my computer went down (stupid ridiculously expensive video cards). Every computer I've used since (including this one) has had Firefox. I don't know what the difference is, but a lot of people say it's tons better than Internet Explorer.
I preferred Chrome over Firefox and IE, but I haven't tried Opera or Safari. I might, but I've grown so accustomed to Chrome and its features, that it'd feel odd trying something else.
I like Chrome for the whole search bar/address bar, the most visited pages in the first tab. Sometimes when I used IE or Firefox the tab button wasn't there, and just pressing Ctrl+T didn't work. I had to go to the menu. I know, little complaint, but still.
The room is nice, it's fairly fast, I've never had a popup, not that I remember, and it all seems pretty intuitive. And, I like the look, it's very... modern, I suppose.
I checked once, and I don't know about other browsers, but I think Chrome can use up to 64 tabs or so.
