Lots of good old fashioned Water nothing added, and a good nights sleep.

I just take some of my prescription ritalin, that really kicks te hangover's butt in no time.
Only take the Ritalin as prescription instructions say, other wise you will severly fuck up you body Ryam and increase the risk of side effects.

Two ibuprofen and whatever my body craves while I wait for them to kick in.

I was up until 7am on a heavy drinking regimen and now... now I really don't feel great.

I have sausages, I want a sausage sandwich, but I have no bread. Life really sucks right now.

Perfect topic seeing as I'm suffering a bit of one right now.

I usually pop a couple pills (it's very loud here as well so my head was splitting) and take something for my stomach if I need to. I drink lots of water or juice and try to eat something small like, as has been previously mentioned, toast or grapes or something until I feel well enough to have an actual meal.

Powerade (fluid + electrolytes for dehydration, sugar for potential hypoglycaemia) and a banana (replenishs postassium from dehydration). Then some more sleep if possible.

Then food later, I was quite partial to generic food court butter chicken on saffron rice, when I lived in Melbourne near a shopping plaza. But recently its been Nandos, because it's in walking distance.

Methanol breaking down formaldehyde, or something. Damn, I'm supposed to know science stuff..
Someones been reading cracked. While it is right that alcohol reduces a hangover. They got their science completely wrong in that section, there is thankfully no methanol or formaldehyde in your body. I assume they meant ethanol and acetaldehyde.

A hangover occurs (bear with what I remember of first year medicine) when your body finishes breaking ethanol into acetaldehyde and starts breaking acetaldehyde down, which gives nasty effects (nausea, headache). Drinking more alcohol delays this process by making the alcohol get broken down in preference to the acetaldehyde. The reason greasy foods are good is a similar process. However both are only delaying the hangover.

I never seem to get a hangover no matter how much I drink. I suppose it will come with age, or fortune, allowing me to buy more alcohol to the point where even I would get a hangover.

Water just before sleep, juice and coffee in the morning. Or you could try being one of those irritating bastards who never get hangovers for some reason - that apparently works quite well.

Where's the all of the above option?

But honestly I usually feel really, really thirsty, so I guess juice. I have food, coffee and drugs anyway.
