10gp is a bargain! I remember paying platinum for SOW at times. It got so bad I gave up my Monk for a Druid.

Well, that and the time the boat to Kunark clipped over me and dragged me back to the Butcherblock mountains, costing me a 30 minute round trip.

I realized my PC was shit when Kunark came out. It would take so long for me to zone into the ocean that the boat would depart and i would pop in the middle of the water. That was fun...

I was really excited when they introduced the teleporters, but at the same time it ended up making the world feel so small.

Yeah...it's always such a fine line to walk between exorcizing the tedium of travel and keeping the world feeling large and mysterious. No world has ever felt as enormous and threatening as EQ...not even close. But then, I'd NEVER want to go back to spending half an hour on a boat, either.

If handled well and handled maturely, I think sex can help make a game better. I don't think it should be a selling point, however. Not only have I never bought a game because it had tits on the cover but I've actually avoided buying games I might otherwise have been interested in because it had tits on the cover.

I like games that demonstrate enticing character art on the cover, both male and female.

I was unsold on TERA because of the overt sexuality of the advertising.

Tip: If you want to use sex to sell a game, use it in the context of the game! DON'T try cheaply imitating a Porn Shot.

Still a teenager here, I don't actually, it annoys me when they expect us to pay attention because of boobs. I've actually started avoid being interested in a game that has ridiculous cover art unless i've heard good things about it before.

Ahh yes, no breasts do not influence weather i buy a game or not, weather the games is any good influences my game buying decisions.

I've never bought a game because of it's cover though. I do research on all my games before purchase.

For the record, the sexy cover of a video game has never caused me to research the game for later purchase.

But it's not as effective when the only place it exists is in your mind. If you can program it into an interactive virtual world you can actually see and play around with, it becomes a LOT more meaningful.
