It's taking too long to LOWER THE FREAKIN' PRICES!!
I'm pretty sure L4D and TF2 were both 50% or 40% off on steam at some point
Yes, TF2 is until tonight for 50%.

But it's still only few PLN less than retail. And I can't get a box or a dvd.

Hmm It would be nice if they would release at least some statement that makes out they are even making HL2:Ep 3 but I know that I cannot be mad at Valve since Half Life 2 and episodes are Unbridled WIN.

What do you want with a box or a DVD? It's not like it's makes a difference if you buy something on Steam or in a store.

Steam - $50 euro = 235 PLN.
Store - 132 PLN.

Yes, there is no difference. Not at all.

I know I don't pay with euros in Poland. And a lot of countries that are also forced to pay in euros.

I answered yes, but for the oxymoronic point after it.
They don't take too long (except for the scout update) as they get it exactly right each time.

I'm glad they take a long time to release thier games.
They have much more polish and are enjoyable to play.
Tell me the last crappy buggy game Valve released? Oh they haven't release crappy buggy games?
Maybe other developers can learn a lesson from them.

How about a big FUCK YOU OP!!!

You want the game to get rushed and ruined?!? Huh!? Then shut the hell up!

A good game takes time to make. A great game takes more time to make! Let them make the fucking game great! Or do you want it to turn into another Halo sequel?

Do they take long? Certainly. But too long? No. Valve have kept up a consistent standard of excellence in every game they've released, and I'm more than happy to wait a little extra if it means that that standard will be upheld.

Yeah, they take a while but I'm actually kinda thankful for that. If they pumped out new games A LOT, then their individual releases would have a bit less significance. They'd be less, for lack of a better word, special.

I'd say yes.

It's not that I don't like their games, cause they are awesome. But after a while, when it comes down to it, a lot of their games are just mods of Half Life 2. TF2 is an exception. This is feeling I get after playing them for while. L4D, Portal, CS:S all did this to me.
