Nowadays I'm not really bothered, but I used to be affected more as a kid. [sarcasm] It's just wonderful the stuff parents can call their 10 year old. After all, kids don't ever make mistakes.[/sarcasm]

That's a great attitude to have. I'm pretty sure we'd all be much healthier if we just weren't that bothered by the crappy stuff others tell us.

People don't get too me. Mostly because I regard their existence with a mixture of disgust and shame, but mostly because I honestly don't give a shit about their opinion. On anything. Ever.

Eh, I figure anyone who has nothing better to with their life than make baseless assumptions about me and try to elevate their ego by judging me for, I don't know, being nice and trying to have fun isn't worth worrying about. They're the ones who have to feed their superiority complexes. And they're the ones devoting attention to me when chances are I barely even know who the Hell they are.

In other words: whatever, haters.

Well, I had to answer "Yes" because you forgot to put in the "It depends" option. But suffice to say, words have power, so of course they have an effect. On what level depends. (For the record, I'm not debunking those who chose "No" as their answer, because an infinitely-small effect may as well BE no.)
