Zombie.
As a geek and a medical student, I feel I am most equipped to face down an apocalypse of the undead variety.

I'd choose a zombie apocalypse because it would be the easiest to survive.

Nuclear Apocalypse.
Perosbally, I think it'd be pretty fun to face a struggle to survive a post-nuclear wasteland, Fallout Style.
I'd like to be like the Lone Wanderer, assuming he canonally takes the Good Karma route, I'd do good deeds, save lives, murder any slaver within range of my guns, explore the Wasteland with just my trusty dog on my side and a well-made assault rifle in hand.

Alien invasion has the best after outcome - ie. we have super tech. None of the others have the same positive outcome
Either a natural disaster, just to show humanity that they really aren't Boss, or Nuclear, because there is no kill like overkill.
Alien cause the aliens would take everyone under 20 (including me) and raise them as they're own!
Zombie apocolypse is probably the one I could survive easiest. Not to say that it would be easy, and I would probably die, but I would have a better chance at surviving that than say a nuclear expolsion.
I'd go whith zombie and on 2nd place: nuke beacose I got a pretty damn good cellar where I live for the moment.
Zombie apocalypse, best chance of survival, and even if thats not an option, a good chance to flaunt your skills IRL.

Is it the sorta nuclear apocalypse where radiation=magic? Or is it the more realistic dying slowly in as grotesque and painful a manner as humanly possible? Cause I like the magic one.
I don`t think a zombie apocalypse could happen, everyone is so prepared they would just kill them a the start.

Ummm... maybe this has been said already, but do you mean, which one do you choose to die in or which one to you choose to live in the aftermath of?

Nuclear. We don't live close to major population centers so the world would destroy itself before getting to where I live. Then its just a matter of rebuilding in the new harsh landscape.
