Poll: What are You Asking for Christmas?

Money, lots of money. My family won't buy games for me and there is a lot of other things I would like to buy.

An EKEN M001 Android Tablet type thing. It's REALLY cheap, and I wanna mess around with firmwares, so I don't wanna brick something that's expensive. Also asking for money..So I can get Black Ops, and some XBL. Then the rest is going to my savings account.

So, while Thanksgiving is still two weeks away, the sinking feeling of Christmas shopping has, or soon will, creep upon everyone who celebrates this evil holiday of gift-giving and fruit cakes.

But with every action warranting a reaction, every gift you give must equal a gift back. So, Escapist Members, what are you asking for Christmas this year? Choose an umbrella term from the poll and then elaborate in your post if you please.

Personally, all I'm asking for is Rock Band 3, considering the fact all the great games (LBP, MvC3, MK9, etc) will all be releasing before, on, or after my birthday in March. And Samurai Jack on DVD.

Nothing. I don't need anything from anyone really, though I'll probably get something like night time wear, lingerie, socks or bras/underwear from some family members and my girlfriend but I don't forsee myself getting a whole lot else. Most people I know my age get a lot of money for Christmas though. :3

Pretty much the same for me, except that I'll probably get clothes..for..guys. You know, since I am one. Other than that, anything I get will be bought with my own money from work. I have been thinking of getting a Playstation 3, and my uncle said he might be able to get me a new laptop. Mine's going down the home stretch to it's end. Anyways, the thought of Christmas reminds me that I have to work 12 hours on Christmas. > <

My mum usually buys presents for my siblings as a couple, and she's doing the same for me and my boyfriend this year.
I asked her for a George Formby grill ;D

Can't think of anything else. Nice big bottle of Baileys might do the trick.

A good deal of my wishlist being electronics- new PC speakers to replace these shit-quality 10-year-old "speakers" Dell spat out a decade ago, Minecraft, Windows 7, a headset so I won't be mute on TF2, and a new router.

Other tings aren't electronic but are still awesome- a black bowler hat, a TF2 mousepad, and a RED Soldier poster because it is one of the few TF2 posters that is awesome.

And hooray for an over glorified list thread.
