I've been asked repeatedly what I want...I have no answers.
I'd like for my new manager to not be such a douche, more than anything else. I've had the same commitments for the last 3 years(ones that required up-front pay), this guy comes along and suddenly I'm not allowed to have hobbies. Tonight I'm missing my fun to work, if he keeps it up I'm going to stop asking and just start phoning in sick.
Whatever works, right?
