Poll: What character will you be in borderland 2?

I am extremely excited to get playing borderlands 2 with my girlfriend and a few friends. My girlfriend is dead set on using the gunzerker which is ok because none of the rest of us really want to use him. Personally I like either being a sniper or a support type character so I will likely either go assassin or siren since the assassin snipes and the siren makes for a good support type in this game.

Who are you guys looking forward too or if you aren't buying the game which would you play?

Maya is my girl.

Phaselock looks to have some great crowd control options as well as team healing, which is very important, since my fiancée is using the Gunzerker and will probably get hit by every bullet from every gun fired by an enemy.

I believe in overwhelming force, excessive firepower and unnecessary amounts of ordinance. I'm going commando and unleashing turrets on everything that moves.
Edit: Looks like I'll be going Survival for Gemini ability at the end. Two turrets. Mwah ha ha ha haaa. I may never fire an actual shot.

I am surprised the Assassin is less popular considering the hunter was the most popular last game.

I had a blast as a siren in the first game and she looks she'd be fun to use.

I'm definitely going to be the Siren. Though I like to try the game out on every character to experience their quirks. But the Siren is going to be my main one.

Assassin, I suppose.
Mordecai(?) was my main in the first game and I really fucking loved him. Jumping to places where melee enemies couldnt reach and pick them off one by one was wonderful. One of the few games were I've really enjoyed sniping.

Bosses sucked though.

Mechromancer. She has the best design, and sounds the most fun.

Maya will be my main. The Mechromancer will be a secondary once it comes out.

That said, I'm going to play them all til I get their class skill specific trophies. Borderlands 2 is going to be my next platinum.

Commando will be my first character. I will eventually play through Siren and Assassin, but first I'll play Mechromancer.

I'll play the commando on my own and have an assassin on the side for splitscreen.
