Just about 30 minuites ago, I sent a message to this girl I have liked sense I was in the 5th grade... This message was asking her out. and now, I feel more excitment and Intensity than I have ever felt. Before I was writing this message, I was able to drown out feelings like this very easily with metal music. (Yeah, Metal...) and now nothing works. I feel sick honestly. How could I have done something so dumb??? But, WHAT IF SHE SAYS YES??? I WILL PROBABLY GO INSANE, I HAVE NEVER GONE ON A DATE BEFORE!!! SOMEONE HELP ME! I FEEL LIKE I AM INSANE!

Just an FYI, it's always better to ask someone out in person.

OT: I've only ever been on one date, and I do remember it.

I know, but I will most likely never see this girl in person again.

Relax.

There is a lot more of this to come in your life. Some of them are going to say yes, and if you think you are anxious now boy oh boy are you in for a shock....

I've never asked a girl out. I assumed "pancakes" was the option representing that.

It was over MSN for me, but at least she was online at the same time =p. Erm she was doing nothing but hinting for it and not asking, so I asked.

Yeah don't worry about it, worry about when she says yes and you have to impress her on the first date O_O

Erm, then why did you ask her out?
Because I really like her, and I do want their to be a reason to see her again.

Ages ago, my friend thought it would be nice to ask out the guy for me, by text.
Blood was shed that night.
edit: Relax. If she says yes, awesome. If she says no, dont beat yourself up. I would give more advice but ill wait til you post if she says no or yes or whatever.

Yes you are. You need to build a padded room out of pillows and duct tape right now, and lock yourself in it.

Yup, she had an Xbox so inside a game I gave her I wrote a note asking her out and she said yes.
